Bold Blue Winged Liner Makeup Tutorial

Hello and Happy Monday, Loves!
To brighten things up on this dreary, rainy Monday, I thought it only appropriate to bust out my fun new cobalt blue liner.

So I filmed all the steps so you guys can see how I do this makeup look from start to finish. It's definitely a go-to look for me.

Hope you guys enjoy it!

  4. Beautiful! I love that look on you. I usually use my bright vivid colors as you did, like defining liners rather than eyelid shadows.

  14. Love this! I just came back from Vegas (I went to Kim Kardashian's birthday party @ Tao) and wore a blue and black dress. This would have been perfect! Check out my video from the party!

  15. This is such a beautiful look and easy to do. I wore it today with a dark green gel liner that I had forever and never knew how to use it. It looked gorgeous. Tomorrow I'll pair it with a burgundy cream gel liner and I'll reserve the cobalt blue for the weekend. Thank you so much for another great staple eye makeup look <3.
