Some Recent Empties...

I've never been much for "empties" videos. Never filmed a video on products I've "hit pan" on. Well lately, you all have been requesting these types of videos more and more. So over the past month, I started putting aside products that I had used up rather than throwing them away so that I could put together a little video for you all.
I've got to say, when I started filming the video and thinking of what all I was going to say, it sort of clicked and I suddenly totally understood the appeal of these videos.  I may even like these more than favorites videos.
First of all, if you've ever used up an entire product, chances are, you know a pretty good bit about the product. How well it works, the best ways to use it, and most of all, you've probably made a decision as to whether or not you'll be repurchasing it.
When I took a look at all the products I'd compiled for this video, I saw SO many stand-out products I love. I just think these types of videos are so interesting! Now I finally get it...haha

Check out my video below for all the details on the products I've used up recently and whether or not I think they're worth repurchasing. Hope you guys love it!

So what do you all think about me making these videos more often? Sort of as a monthly or bi-monthly thing? Let me know!

  1. I love empties videos! Probably more-so than favorites. Not sure why, I just get such satisfaction when I look in my bag of stuff I used up during the month! Definitely do these videos more often. I do monthly empties posts.

  2. I think it's a great idea to post these monthly. If you've used all the product chances are you've got a pretty good idea of the wear of the product and whether or not you'd repurchase. I'd love to see more of these! :)

  15. I love empties videos because, as you said, you really get a good review of the product. I much prefer this than watching videos and reading blogs about the latest launches when the writer hasn't even tried out the product.

  18. So I decided to try the Murad cleanser...we seem to have the same skin type when it comes to those things, and OMG after 1 day of using it I saw a difference! cleared up anything I had and STOPPED the new ones from getting any worse! I get hormonal acne too, and being newly pregnant it was really starting to get to me...my skin is now glowing just like a mom to be should only after 3 days of use!!

  22. A couple of months ago, my combination/oily (but sometimes terribly dry) skin was plagued with cystic acne and pimples around my chin area. I'm not really sure what's happening with my skin that time so I kind of tweaked my facial cleansing habits by switching to the Murad Clarifying Cleanser. Unlike other salicylic acid based cleansers, this one didn't suck all the moisture from my skin. Best of all, it cleared my hormonal/environemental breakouts in just two weeks that I made this cleanser a part of my skincare routine. This experience compelled me to check out the Murad skincare range and ended up loving their Rapid Age Spot Lightening serum as well. May you recommend some other good stuff to try from this brand? Love you Tiff!
