Yes, this is an extra sweet and special weekend post... So the Creme de Couture collection literally just hit my doorstep earlier today. I have no self-control and HAD to play!
So this super sweet Sigma Beauty collection is completely inspired by yummy confections. Seriously, all the names, packaging, even the colors make me hungry.
Let's dig in...
So this collection contains 3 blushes and an eye shadow palette containing 16 colors. I LOVE the packaging. Reminiscent of a box you'd find yummy little confections inside of...
Here are the blushes...
I seriously cannot handle all this cuteness. Do you see the little inserts inside describing the color? Presh, right?
swatched left to right below: Blackberry Essence, Strawberry Ambrosia, and Cherry Apple
$12. each
And finally, this beauty.
Perfect eye shadow-y goodness.
Seriously, my heart can't take it.
swatched in order by rows below
$32.

Thank you for the swatches! :D Now I can't wait for my palette to arrive, cuz I can see a perfect mint in there! ;)
ReplyDeleteThose swatches look amazing!!! I'm seriously considering the palette as the pastel colours you swatched are simply adorable - just need to look into the shipping to the UK side, but yeah, absolutely stunning!

Another UK based makeup addict here! The collection will be available at cocktailcosmetics.co.uk from the 9th too! :)
Deleteomg the eyeshadows are to die for!!! just gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteCute packaging but they look a bit chalky. I do like the colors though.
ReplyDeleteThat's what I thought: chalky..they look nothing like the high-end (or even drugstore) blushes or eye-shadows tiffany uses for her tutorials
DeleteAlready in love with the apple blush and of course the new shadow palette, can't wait to get my hands on them!

I love it! I bought the palette as soon as I got the e-mail from sigma. I am wearing the Almond Pear and Cafe Latte right now. They are smooth and creamy, blend great. I wish I had this palette at the beginning of the summer. Now I'm considering the blushes.....:)
ReplyDeleteI JUST ordered this. I'm so excited! Weeeeeee.

ReplyDeleteOh my! Too much goodness in one post. Thanks so much for sharing. These are all amazing!
ReplyDeleteOoooo I love the light pink blush and I must say I'm ub-sessed with the packaging. (Although the packaging kind of reminds me of expensive soap haha.) anyone else agree?

Can you compare the Blackberry essence blush to Rock and Republic Tease blush. I have wanted the R&R blush Tease forever and I know it is no longer available to buy expect on e-bay for over $100. It would be very nice, if it was a very good dupe. Thanks!
ReplyDeletepoop, wish you woulda done swatches on your cheeks :/
ReplyDeleteI'm just going to be honest; these colours terrify me a little/lot! I'm excited to see how you make it wearable though! Especially the purple blush.
ReplyDeleteThe swatches look beautiful and I would love to try the blushes!

The Cherry Apple blush looks so nice. Sad to see another eyeshadow palette that I wouldn't use though. :( Packaging is so beautiful though - I am one of those people who gets suckered in by great packaging!

Really interested in those blushes but not so much the eyeshadow. I think the collection is completely adorable and sweet!!!
ReplyDeleteThis collection is gooooorgeous! The packaging is so amazing and classy. If I didn't know any better, I'd reach in expecting a macaroon. I loooove all of the blushes and as much as I love all the eyshadows, they're a little too candy coloured for my taste. I love to experiment with makeup, but not THAT much.

The packaging is really adorable. I wouldn't buy the palette though. It is just outside my comfort zone. But I do like the Strawberry Ambrosia and Cherry Apple blushes.
ReplyDeleteThese look beautiful! I want to try them to badly!

The first thing that caught my eyes was the spelling mistake on the packaging. They have it spelled right on the inside but not the outside packaging. Crème not créme. That being said I am sure the products are awesome :)
ReplyDeleteI do like the colors but would have been nice to see this as part of a spring line not going into fall. Also colors are not something I would wear I stick more towards the neutral/ earthy tones for eyes. I do love the blushes but will pass, not my cup of tea and they look a bit chalky. Interesting that every beauty guru posted on this Saturday.
ReplyDeleteThey all look great!! I'm going to have to check them out!
ReplyDeleteAwesome post!!!Your blog is lovely!!!! xxx

Adorable colors!!!

strawberry ambrosia looks so cute!!!
ReplyDeleteSuch lovely colours but the timing looks off. The shades are definitely spring colours and I believe this collection should be released somewhere between March& April, not September.
ReplyDeleteBlushes are really adorable, like doll style!
ReplyDeletePalette I really want this, and I hope a tutorial would be on the way so we can see a way to combine these cute and funny colors! xoxo

Oh my gosh, want so much!!

Oh, Cherry Apple looks lovely!
ReplyDeleteIt looks lovely. Just a shame there's a mistake on the name ; normally it's Crème with a è and not é...
ReplyDeleteLove from France
The colors are gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteI want to try this. Pretty colors lovely palette !!

I can't wait to get mine! It should arrive next week. I am mostly excited about creating looks using the blues, greens, and purples. This palette will be AWESOME for Halloween! And, I cannot WAIT to try the "purplish" blush. I bet that it's beautiful in a thin layer over the pink blush from the collection. Until the day it arrives, I'll have to get my fill looking at swatches online...What a neat idea, releasing colors like this for Fall. I like that they don't just fall into line with what culture says is appropriate but do their own thing. Way to be different, Sigma!
ReplyDeleteTIFFANY, PLEASE RESPOND!
ReplyDeleteHow does Sigma's Strawberry Ambrosia blush wear? Does it last long? How does it compare to MAC's Well Dressed and Tarte's Dollface in terms of color? Thanx.
