Glittery makeup is SO fun. However, it can be tricky. There's a very fine line between looking child-like and put-together where glitter and your face is involved. One reason is because it can be tough to apply just right. If you've ever had difficulty applying loose glitter, or the concept just sounds plain scary, check out my video tutorial on this glamorous golden glitter look below for a foolproof and super easy method that works every time and keeps the glitter ON. Hope you love!

Looks very glamourous...I love glitter and it look good on you...I wear glitter to very traditional weddings and for new years parties...I usually just apply the eyeshadows with glitter
No, the glitters are totally different. I don't see them on the website either... But I know they usually come out around the holidays. I got mine from a Mac Pro store- they used to always carry tons of glitter.
So lovely! I wear it even to the office, I have no shame :) But I always do it on formal cruise evenings and receptions. It looks just gorgeous with a formal gown and bling jewelry. Please do more tutorials like this, but I live anything you do.
I love all of your makeup tutorials! I also love the new look of your blog, your blog inspired me to start my own and I hope someday soon it will be as amazing as yours!
Iknow you've done one before, but if you have time, would you consider doing a post/list of the recommended/most utilized sigma brushes with your eye makeup? It'd be most helpful when shopping. I just saw the Urban Decay ad on your site for the Friends & Family deal and got both Naked palettes and the smoke palette and am so excited to use them, but I definitely want to have the proper brushes.
I LOVE this look! I'm definitely going to do it for holiday parties this year! By the way I just discovered your blog last week and I'm in love! :) I use the naked palette of eyeshadows daily and am sooooo super excited that you have so many tutorials of how to use the different shades. I'm definitely branching out and thank you for all you do! :)
I love this look! I have a quick question. I have very hooded eyes, and whenever I wear eyeliner on my lid, it transfers to the hood. No matter what brand of eyeliner I use, or if I use primer. Is there anything I can do so that it won't transfer?

ReplyDeleteGorgeous, Tiffany! I would wear it any time during the fall and Christmas season probably. I'm not afraid of glitter and dramatic looks. :)
ReplyDeleteTried searching for this online and couldn't find the MAC Reflects Gold loose glitter. Is it discontinued?
ReplyDeleteIt's now available on mac's website, used to be pro only. The pearl is beautiful too!
DeleteHi Tiffany... Is the glitter you used the same as the pigments? I cannot find the loose glitter as you wrote on your blog info.
