Who else gets excited about being able to pick up false lashes, Coke Zero, liquid eyeliner, and toilet paper all under one roof?
...just me?
But seriously, I love drugstores. Most of my tried and true beauty staples can be found there.
So I figured I'd share some items I picked up during a recent trip to my local Walgreens. What began as a quick trip to pick up conditioner (major necessity), led to me walking out the door with some awesome beauty products I can't wait to try.
I so want to try out that age rewinbd foundation by maybelline. I just want to try the sponge at the end, see if it works

ReplyDeleteI use to buy the L'Oreal liquid liner, but found that it would rub off and separate on my lids. I switched over to the Maybelline liquid liner, been using since May and haven't experience any trouble.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing your haul, I really want to try that Maybelline concealer.
I feel like every time I see that L'Oreal liquid liner I think it might be great but when I tried it it was awful. I don't know if I should give it another shot. Could you do a mass eyeliner collection review video please Tiffany?

You need to learn how to shop at drugstores. Neutrogena, Maybelline, and Revlon always put out coupons for makeup and CVS/Walgreens run rewards programs. I get dirt cheap makeup all the time! I paid $.49 for Revlon Lipsticks last week and $.29 for their polish a couple weeks back. Check out I Heart WAGs and I heart CVS .com for deals!
ReplyDeleteI love you eye shadow in this video could you please tell me what you use on them in this video or do an everyday tiffany make up video! :) thanks!
ReplyDeleteI switched from Make Up Forever HD to the Neutrogena Healthy Skin foundation and think it's great! It works best with a setting powder, so you might want to try it with that too!
ReplyDeleteI love the Lancome artliner, so I'll definitely check out the L'Oreal one!
curious of your thoughts on the Neutrogena Healthy Skin Liquid Makeup so far vs. Makeup Forever HD Foundation? Comparable? Trusty enough as a substitute? Thanks!
ReplyDeleteI almost bough the Neutrogena foundation today..actually I think I will go back to WM and get it. I have been purchasing a lot of drugstore foundations to see which ones are good..and so far I have come down to 3 that are okay. I know you use the MUFE matte velvet and I haven't tried that yet but when I am near a Sephora that will be my next buy!
ReplyDelete**MAKEUP GIVEAWAY** at www.wadduprachel.com check it out!
ReplyDeleteI also love to shop at drugstores. I recently also found some decent drugstore products that I really like, and they are inexpensive, compared to department store ones!!! ^-^

Well, not all drugstores are great. I mean, you really have to choose the best drugstore you can have for your stuffs like that so that you won't be sorry in picking fake stuffs from them. Wisconsin cosmetology schools' students had this problems once when we lived there cause they all have fake stuffs from drugstores.
ReplyDeleteI just went to the drugstore and found a replacement white kohl eyeliner instead of the loreal white eyeliner you put in this video. CVS has a buy one get one half off deal on rimmel products and there was a $1 off coupon in most Sunday newspapers a few weeks ago. So I got a brow pencil and the kohl eyeliner for $5 total. Thought I would share. :)
ReplyDeleteQuestion for you...Ok, whenever I'm at the drugstore or Target and I'm looking at the foundations, some of them have the pull out color matchers. You know, it says to hold it against your wrist or arm and the one that disappears into your skin is your match. Simple enough, right? Wrong. Usually the one that truly disappears is one of very lightest shades available. So thinking that shade is indeed my perfect match I buy it. And then when I actually put it on it's waaaaay too light and makes me look chalky and washed out. So how in the world do I pick a shade that matches my skin but doesn't wash me out? If you have any suggestions I'd definitely appreciate it! Thanks...I love your tutorials and reviews!
