Where makeup is concerned, getting your foundation "right" is possibly the most important thing to master. I find the most difficult task (other than finding your correct shade which is a totally different story...) is finding a good combination of products that gives great coverage, yet looks natural. These are the products that do exactly that for me. Check out the video below to see how I apply these products step by step (and see me without ANY makeup...EEK).
Products used: Origins Brighter by Nature Serum Make Up For Ever Mat Velvet+ liquid foundation in #40 MAC Studio Finish concealer in NC20 MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Natural in Light Medium & Medium Dark YSL Touche Eclat in #1 Luminous Radiance (light pink shade) Benefit Powderflage
your skin looks flawless!! i am very curious about the MUFE foundation!! i would also love to see a review on the mac pro longwear foundation! love your videos!
Picked up a sample of the foundation at Sephora and I love it! The texture is just as your described. They gave me 30 and 40, so far I'm really liking 40. Thanks!
Tiffany!!! I love your videos! Kinda miss your shoes a bit lol!!! Where do you put your nail polishes now? Just saw your organization video an i miss them, where are them??!!!
Thanks so much for this Tiffany! I've always used a sponge to apply my foundation but I tried using my fingers today and you were right, it looks so much more natural :)
Hey Tiffany, in your video you said something about witch foundationcolour to use for wich skin(under)tone. Would you mind making a video about how to find the right foundationcoulour? xoxo
I've always envied your flawless-looking skin, and I love seeing how you make it look so natural! Thank you for letting us see you without any makeup, you are gorgeous inside and out. <3
I've given up on liquid foundations. I think for bad skin texture, powder foundations work best. The coverage isn't as great, but I feel so much more confident knowing my pores don't look gross like they usually will with liquid foundations.
I'm only 14. but I want to start using foundation to cover my acne and redness. Are there any suggestions such as what type of foundation and brand. I have oily-combination skin. Myparents don't approve of me wearing makeup, any suggestions to help them convinve them to let me? BTW, I love your videos! Keep it up!
Hey Tiffany great video. So would you say that the Makeup for ever foundation is way better than the Studio Sculpt by MAC? Because i bought if after your tutorial and i loved it and here in Mexico there is no place to get the make up for ever. BTW Coastal scents has an amazing concealer which I use for setting my under eye concealer is mineral and i think it delivers a great finish the multi purpose color is awesome... Think you should try it for people that have really difficult under eye area. Hope you can try it!!!!
Hi Tiffany! I've just started a love affair with make up and your tutorials help me the most.=) Just want to thank you for the awesome tips and videos.
Watching this video has got me interested in MUFE mat velvet + foundation.=D Love how it made your skin look fresh.
I have a question. So usually after I apply my liquid foundation and powder, my undereye area ends up looking grayish, a little oily, and my lines show. What would you suggest I use to fix that? I don't really know the difference in effect between the MAC NWs and the product you suggested: YSL Touche Eclat in #1 Luminous Radiance. Also, what does applying the Benefit powderflage do on top of the undereye concealor?
I love how that foundation looks on you!
ReplyDeleteThis foundation looks very nice in your skin!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm combo skin and I want to try Mat Velvet, there are so many good comments about it!
I'm NC15 in MAC Studio Fix Fluid, and according to the swatches I've seen, maybe i'm 35 in MUFE.
Today i'm going to Sephora, I wish I have luck! :D
Kisses Tiffany! :D

Your skin looks great without makeup too. I know what you mean though about having to match the face color with the rest of your skin.
