Getting a bright, *yet soft*, glowy pink blush effect is easy when you follow a few simple steps and remember to take a few factors into consideration when selecting specific products and shades. In the video below, I'll show you how to do just that.
Products mentioned in the video-
Cream/Gel Options:
Smashbox O Glow
MAC Cremeblend blush in So Sweet, So Easy
MAC Cream Color Base in Pink Shock
MAC Paintstick in Pink Vivid (Pro)
Powder Options:
MAC Pink Swoon blush
MAC Azalea Blossom blush ombre
*recently discovered the Smashbox powder blush in Radiance -- It works PERFECTLY for this!
**Keep in mind that these are only a few options. There are lots of softer, brighter pinks available in different brands.

Hey Tiffany! Thank you for putting out so much info and doing awesome reviews!! I am about to start my own blog and you have made me feel more comfortable. Thanks again!!
Thank you for the tutorial! I love this blush look, I wish I knew it before I went out and got my Ladyblush Creme blush (I still love the color, but I'd like a paler and more demure cheek for my honey skin!) So Sweet, So Easy is so pretty! I can't find it on the MAC regular or pro site tho :(
Hey Tiffany. Nice seeing you again :) Is there any video which you talked about ur ring? If you don't , it would be cool if you could show us ur rings to at some point? They look really pretty. Bye to ur closer, looking foward to the new one.
I love it! I don't have pink shock but I have the MAC Pro CCB in pink and it's amazing xo
I think you should talk about your ring too! haha Tiffany I'm a huge fan of yours! I love your blog and youtube channel, you make me feel better and help me so much! You are a beautiful person inside and out!
Love ya
Thank you all so much! Glad you enjoyed this one :)
LJ: So glad I could help! It was awkward for me when I first started too, but just have fun with it and you'll be comfortable in no time!
Sophie: the pink CCB would be perfect for this look too! :)
Fabian: Try it with the ladyblush-- It may seem a little too dark for this, but layer a brighter powder blush over it!
Aninha: Thank you so much for that. That's what it's all about for me- hearing that I've helped someone in the smallest way or made them feel a little better is what keeps me going with this. <3
Is there a dupe for Mac Azalea Blossom?
Thanks for the tutorial! I love the cool pink look, suits me so much better than a lot of the more peachy blush looks that are around at the moment!

thanks excellent tips :D
Love the pink blush tutorial. Are you wearing a different eye look in this video or is it one of your eye makeup tutorial looks that you have posted on you tube? I really like the eye makeup and pink cheeks combo. Thanks a lot! Love your vids!
Your videos are so amazing :-)
I really love this! This is such a pretty look. I have to try it!!
YAY! I love bright pink blush, but sometimes apply too heavy handed. Now I know how to do it a better way. I'm gonna try my Bobbi Brown Sheer Pink Tint with Thrrrob by Benefit. Both cool pinks.
Hi Tiffany, I absolutely love this look. I tried it with my MakeUpForever HD cream blush # 3, Truth or dare and dusted MAC azalea blossom over it and loved it. My cream blush is hot pink, but I think it works since I'm really tan right now (NC 43). Thanks again for another awesome tutorial!
Actually o-glow is marketed to react to skin/ body heat, but all it does is oxidize. If you put it on a piece the tissue and leave it on there it'll still turn pink.
Hi Tiffany, I combined a little bit of O-Glow and Orgasm blush today. It looks so pretty and does stay on much better than one product alone. Thank you for that!
Hey Tif! I love your work
super helpful thanks Tiffany!!! :) and looks beautiful on you :)
hey Tiffany! I'm from Rio, Brazil, I'm a make-up artist too, and I'm a big fan of yours! love your videos!
can I ask you a question that has nothing to do with this post? it's about the Cover Girl lashblast mascara... which one is the best: the waterproof or the washable one? or do they offer the exact same effect?
thanks a lot!
Hi Tiffany,
I *love* this video. I've always tried to get this look done: I have pink swoon but I could never get it to stand out of my NC25 skin without building it up A LOT). A question though: Would mac's pink vivid chromacake work as well as a pink vivid paintstick or would it not be 'sticky' enough for a powder blush to be layered over it?

Hi Tiffany!
I *love* this video!!! I've been trying to get this look done for ages but have never been able to do so. Just a question though: Would MAC's chromacake in pink vivid have the same effect as their paintstick - or would I need something 'stickier' as a base?

Just realized that my wonky internet connection which told me that I couldnt posted the comments (hence the difference versions with the same substance) has made multiple entries on your blog (SO SORRY :()
Wanted to include this question: Would MAC's cool pink blushcreme be alright as well? I'm an NC25 but for some reason pink blushes like Pink Swoon/Coygirl always tend to turn out warmer on my cheeks if I don't layer it over a highlighter >.<
Sorry for the crazy multiple entries again :S
Love this look!
