So pretty much every collection that has come out so far this year since Hello Kitty (with the exception of the Dazzleglass collection) has just not excited me much. So recently when I would anticipate the past few collections released, I would get excited and make my little list of things I wanted. So I would excitedly go to the MAC store to check out everything in person and I would just be let down. Yeah, there have been some neat things that have come out recently, but it's like there's no excitement with the collections like there used to be--for me anyways. I just feel like nothing that has been released recently has been very unique.
So I looked ahead to the collections coming out into the summer and fall and I'm actually really excited. It seems that MAC is trying some different things--- Not always playing it safe (think a whole collection of products inspired by the color black--SO me, well, maybe not the black lipstick, but I'll probably get some anyway!), new products and shades (a new dazzleglass formula, new foundation-ish product, the new 130 brush-which I think will change my life, a collection COMPLETLY of nail polish-if MAC doesn't change the formula with this one, they're getting a nasty letter...let's face it, we all know they have the means to create a quality nail polish formula, new pro shades, etc.) Not to mention all the gorgeous, bright new shades that are coming out in lots of upcoming collections I've looked at. Honestly, I'm excited. From what I've seen, many of the upcoming collections just seem different and creative. What you'd expect from MAC.
I know I always mention upcoming MAC collections for the month ahead in my monthly favorites video, but I'm thinking about maybe doing a blog post with the collection info monthly that accompanies the favorites video. What do you think? I think it would be easier and hopefully, more helpful to you guys! I can also post my little wishlists as well :) That way you guys can see what I'm thinking about buying too! Leave your thoughts below...
**edit: Ok, so if you would like to see a blog post about collection info each month, would you rather see a SINGLE BIG post of all the upcoming collections and their descriptions? For example, in June, it would be a big "July MAC Collections" post. OR would you rather see SEPARATE posts of each collection and their descriptions? Or am I thinking too far into this...haha

Would love for you to share you're information and wishlists. When I go to my MAC store, I like to have a list--otherwise I get so distracted and forget things! :)

I like your idea, I think your blog posts tend to be more descriptive and I wouldn't mind seeing your wish list as well! Can't WAIT for the all black collection and the new dazzleglasses! :D

i'd love more blog posts on your favorites for everything, MAC, Lush, etc. And your wishlists would be fun too. It's easier than taking notes during your videos haha :)

I think a blog post would great and have it be just one post instead of multiple. It's not necessary to have a separate post. It's just creating more work for yourself.
I like the idea. Especially if we can get a peek of your wishlist...HAHA. I know I get excited about MAC collections but get disappointed cause when I go see the collection, I sometimes see what I already have. HAHA. But I think you have great ideas. I love the videos.

i think that you should deffinatley do blog posts on upcoming mac collection but do them seperately with a wishlist i would love that

i don't know if it would be a terrible hassle but i kind of prefer seeing separate blog posts on each collection because it tend to be more comprehensive. but if it's too much trouble, a big post would be greatly appreciated too. thank you for everything!
i can't wait for the fall mac collections...seriously i think they made style black just for me lol...i will have it all. i too haven't been impressed with the last few collections as much as i wanted to buy products from style warriors i would really only been buying them for the packaging and naked honey BORING!!!
One big post about all the collections. I think that's easy for you, and easy for everyone to find.
I am so waiting for colour craft and many of the other collections later in the fall. Id love to see a blog post of individual collections and a wishlist because it helps to know what are the *must have products*, either way whatever you decide to do will be great to get a different view opinion on up coming collections
A blog about the collections would be awesome, however it is done. I agree about a lot of the collections since Hello Kitty, although I really liked the Style Warrior Collection. The solar bits, lustre drops, lipglass, blush, eyeshadow, bronzer. It was one collection that I loved everything, almost.

I'd live to see maybe a video describing each collection for the month coming up. That way its all done in one video, instead of a bunch of little ones, or tagged on to other ones. Also, the blog posts are cool too. I'd like to see your wish lists too =)
The only thing about the blog post though, is that several other people already do that too. Its like in my google reader I have like 5 different people talking about the same thing, you know? I think it'd be cool to see a video with your descriptions, reactions/thoughts & wish lists. Just my 2 cents, I'll read/watch either way =)
Hi Tiffany, separate blog posts accompanied by videos on how to apply products would be great. Please be as detailed as you can. Not everybody has a shop around and will need to order online. Your shopping and favorites lists are also a great help. Thank you for all the time you spend to make our lives easier :-).
Since Hello Kitty I didn't give a damm about the MAC Collections. But I'm very excited about Colour Craft and the black one. I'm so curious about the 130! \o/

I would like to see a separate post for each new collection. I don't like having to scroll through all the other pictures to get to the one I want... and I can't always remember which collection is in which month! Oy, I'm getting old :).
Hey Tiffany! I like the review of collections in one posting. Blogs are great since I can't always watch your videos during slow days at work but I can read! It's also easier than writing while watching your vids.

I think separate posts for each collection would be best. That way you can be detailed on the products and reviews without the info being overwhelming. Videos would be great to accompany the blog as well. Thanks so much for all that you do! I love watching your vids and reading your blog. -Laura

I think if you could perhaps do an overview of upcoming collections, forgoing the detailed insight, and then breaking up the products you like best with reviews, that'd be fantastic. But this is your blog and we love your information either way.
